Question: If you have existing custom modules and if you change or add new features in that module then how you can handle POT and PO which are already created and traslated.

Steps:
Import PO file using Import Translation. (Keep override existing terms ticked)
Run Sync Terms.
Run Export translation and create new PO and used in your module.
