How to:

To find duplicate values in excel sheet you have to select that excel column and then go to Format -> Conditional Formats -> Condition 

Then select "cell value is" = "Duplicate" and then apply formatting (Apply Style) and select New style and then select font/colors as per your needs to differentiate with other no duplicate records.
