Issue: While sending emails from Odoo using Mass mailing don't show images in Email. It show broken image.

How to fix it:

1. pip install --upgrade werkzeug

2. Go to settings/Technical/Parameters/System Parameters => Open record for web.base.url and change to your real domain. In our case we changed to http://www.probuse.com
