Odoo Functional Consultant and Pre-Sales (ERP Solutions)

Odoo Functional consultant and Sales Activities 

We are looking for a skilled Odoo Functional Consultant who can understand business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions. The role involves client interaction, requirement gathering, functional mapping, and supporting implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for Odoo ERP solutions
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
  • Understand client requirements
  • Conduct initial demos and product presentations (functional overview)
  • Coordinate with technical/functional teams for detailed demos and implementation
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales documentation
  • Manage complete sales cycle (lead → demo → negotiation → closure)
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Support implementation and client queries
  • Coordinate with technical team for customization
  • Analyze business processes and suggest Odoo solutions
  • Prepare functional documents and workflows
    • Odoo - Sample 2 for three columns

    Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (functional expertise preferred)
  • Solid understanding of key business processes, including Sales, CRM, Accounting, and Inventory
  • Confident in delivering engaging product demonstrations
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Demonstrated experience in ERP or software sales
  • Highly self-driven with a results-oriented mindset

    Good to Have

  • Prior experience with Odoo (preferred)
  • Knowledge of the ERP implementation lifecycle
  • Experience working with international clients
  • Familiarity with the SaaS or ERP industry
  • Good command of the English language (preferred)
  • Gujarat candidates (preferred)
